INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
$150 (50-minute Session)
Life can be challenging, and you don’t have to face it alone. Individual therapy is a supportive space where we work together to help you navigate what’s going on and build the tools you need to feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Individual Therapy is offered In-person, online, or through walking!
EMDR THERAPY
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gentle, research-backed
therapy that helps the brain heal from painful or overwhelming experiences. Instead of
talking through every detail, EMDR uses guided eye movements or tapping to help you
process memories and emotions in a safe, structured way. It’s especially helpful for
trauma, anxiety, and past events that still feel “stuck.” Many clients find relief faster than
they expected—and often feel lighter, calmer, and more in control.
WALK AND TALK
THERAPY
Walk & Talk Therapy is a gentle, outdoor alternative to traditional talk therapy—where we take our conversation outside while walking together in nature. The bilateral stimulation of walking, fresh air, and movement can help ease anxiety, clear your mind, and make it feel more natural to open up. It’s a relaxed, grounding way to connect, reflect, and find support—one step at a time.
